Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days.
Shipping Charges
We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 350 on standard orders. Free shipping may be available during specific promotional campaigns.

We understand the need for privacy. All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents inside. Your privacy is our priority.
Returns & Refund Policy
1. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item free of charge. Please take a picture of the damaged parcel as proof.
2. Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our products (Health & Wellness Supplements), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is sealed and in its original condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
